Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy
Amoeboids does not provide refunds for purchases of our SaaS products Screenjar or Olvy, except in exceptional cases where the Company is unable to fulfil its service obligations. Refund requests, where applicable, are evaluated solely at the discretion of Amoeboids on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, the processing time may take up to fourteen (14) working days from the date of approval.
Customers who subscribe to an annual plan and choose to cancel before the subscription period ends are not eligible for a refund. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term, and no further renewals will occur unless explicitly requested.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade their subscriptions at any time through the respective in-app subscription management interface.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and users will retain access to the service until the subscription expiration date.
- No prorated refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription duration.
3. Free Trials
Screenjar and Olvy offer free trial periods without requiring payment information. As no charges are made during the trial period, refunds do not apply to free trial users.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Amoeboids provides Screenjar & Olvy as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products that are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, users are granted immediate access to the respective software services.
5. Contact Information
For refund-related inquiries or to request a refund under exceptional circumstances, users must submit a request through our support portal. Amoeboids reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
6. Exclusion for Marketplace Apps (Atlassian & monday.com)
This policy applies only to direct purchases of Screenjar and Olvy via our payment provider. It does not cover any apps sold through the Atlassian Marketplace or the monday.com Marketplace.
For policies regarding purchases made through these marketplaces, please refer to the respective policies, as refund and cancellation requests for those apps are governed by their platform-specific terms.
