By accessing or using Screenjar and Olvy (collectively, "Services"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

• Technical Data: Usage data, IP Address

We do not collect or store payment information. All payment transactions are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe, and are subject to its privacy policy.

• User data is retained for 30 days following account termination, after which it is permanently deleted from our storage systems.
• Data deletion requests submitted by users will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date of request.

11. Exclusion for Marketplace Apps (Atlassian & monday.com)

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to direct users of Screenjar and Olvy. It does not govern apps distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace or monday.com Marketplace. For privacy-related matters regarding those platforms, users should refer to their respective privacy policies.
