Depending on the job or position you're applying for, you may have to go through the whole process or be allowed to skip a few steps.

All the currently available job positions are listed on our careers page. If you see a position that suits your qualifications or experience or one that interests you, go ahead and submit your application!

You will be directed to a form that requires you to enter a few details and submit your resume. We recommend that you be as detailed as possible with your educational and professional background.

5-layers

You'll know your application has been successfully submitted when you receive a confirmation email from us. If it helps, you can also create an account on our recruitment portal to keep track of your application status.

Technical / Aptitude assessment

After receiving your application, our recruitment team will decide if you need to appear for any assessments. This depends on what we're looking for and the position you've applied for.

 

You may have to take one or more assessments depending on your qualifications, experience, and the positions we're looking to fill. Your assessments may test your aptitude, communication skills, technical knowledge, and more.

 

All our assessments are online and take anywhere between 30 to 60 minutes for completion.

Technical interview round

If you've cleared the online assessment/s, you'll be invited to virtual interviews as the next steps. You may advance to this round without being asked to take the online tests/assessments. It depends on your professional experience and qualifications and the position to which you've applied.

 

The technical interview could be completed in a single meeting or may stretch over a couple more. All interviews are conducted online via Zoom or Google meet. We expect the candidates to turn on their cameras for all these interviews.

Management interview round

This is the last round in the recruitment process. Interviews at this stage are conducted by our management team. This step also involves one or more virtual meetings. These discussions are also held via zoom or Google meet, whichever you prefer, and can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Offer

If you've successfully cleared all the rounds, we'll get in touch with you with a request for the necessary documentation to draft an offer. This draft is then shared with you for further discussion. A final offer is made when both of us agree. We expect a formal acceptance of the final offer via email. If you fail to accept the final offer within two weeks of being sent to you, the offer stands withdrawn.
