From June 4–5, 2025, the vibrant city of Budapest played host to one of the most anticipated gatherings in the Atlassian ecosystem, the 10th Meta-INF Atlassian Day.
As an Innovator Sponsor, we at Amoeboids were proud to be a part of this milestone event, surrounded by passionate Atlassian users, enthusiastic partners, and forward-thinking teams eager to elevate their work management game.
The two-day event provided a thrilling blend of community building, live product demonstrations, exchange of information, and, of course, good old-fashioned fun.

Representing Amoeboids: Faces Behind the Booth
Amoeboids was proudly represented by two of our dynamic team members Annu Satpute (Customer Success Manager) and Shruti Darekar (Product Manager).
They actively participated in several aspects of the event, from facilitating seminars to interacting with users.
They made a lasting effect on everyone they came into contact with, and their enthusiasm and knowledge set the tone for deep discussions.
Showcasing Our Apps at Booth I2
At Booth I2, we welcomed attendees with a look into our suite of Atlassian Marketplace apps that help teams improve transparency, automate stakeholder communication, and build a culture of continuous feedback.
Whether it was diving into the automation capabilities of our ARNR app or sharing tips on performance review workflows with UpRaise, our product demos offered hands-on insight into how teams can simplify complex processes within Jira and Confluence.
Of course, no booth experience is complete without some cool swags and ours were a hit! Attendees dropped by to collect goodies, share their feedback, and learn how our apps can fit into their existing Atlassian stack.
Stealing the Show Literally!
One of the most unforgettable moments was our participation in the event’s “Steal the Show” segment.
Our Product Manager, Shruti Darekar, took a unique spin on the day-to-day hustle of product managers through rap! “A Day in the Life of a PM” was the title of her imaginative performance, which brought attention to the chaos that product teams frequently face and how Amoeboids apps assist control it.
It was a huge hit with the audience and one of the event’s most talked-about moments.
Session Spotlight: From Chaos to Clarity
Day 1 featured a compelling session by Annu titled “From Chaos to Clarity: Automating Stakeholder Updates in Jira.”
She walked the audience through real-world challenges teams face in keeping stakeholders informed and how automation can make a dramatic difference.
The session focused on practical use cases using our ARNR app showing how teams can reduce manual work and maintain alignment across departments.
Seeing participants take notes, nod along, and ask questions during the Q&A was encouraging.
Our goal of creating solutions that improve the efficiency, transparency, and scalability of routine procedures was validated by the comments we got.
Cheers to Connections: Sponsoring the Afterparty
With delicious food, beverages, and even better company, what better way to sign off an amazing first day?
We were honored to sponsor the first day’s afterparty, when guests unwinded, made connections, and relished a well- deserved time off.
It was the ideal backdrop for fostering relationships with partners and customers in a more relaxed setting as conversations flowed over appetizers.
Fun Meets Function: Vibe Check & Lucky Draw
Amoeboids is all about keeping things fun while staying productive, and our Vibe Check session was proof! We roamed around the event, capturing candid moments and asking attendees Jira-themed questions, some quirky, some insightful.
It was a terrific way to interact with the community and break the ice, whether it was by exchanging efficiency tips or contrasting preferred Atlassian apps.
To add even more excitement, we held a lucky draw in which a lucky participant won a Fujifilm Instant Camera.Their smile? Priceless.
A City That Stole Our Hearts
Beyond the event itself, Budapest left us in awe. This journey was made even more magical by its breathtaking architecture, lively streets, and vibrant culture.
Our time in the city was fantastic, whether we were wandering along the Danube River or getting coffee at a neighborhood coffee shop.

The 10th Meta-INF Atlassian Day was an experience rather than merely a gathering. It provided us with the opportunity to interact with the active Atlassian community, present our solutions, and work together with experts who share our values from all across the area.
